I SWEAR! I DO!

Poud presenters of  Panabo City Community Mobilization Plan: Dr. Girley Gumanao and I
Once I was invited by Dr. Girley Gumanao, a Conservation Fellow to attend a portion of a second university phase of the campaign. My attendance to the training was so memorable and meaningful that i was able to go back home wearing the biggest smile I could have that time. It was because I felt contented and satisfied with the experience, with the learning and with the environment that only RARE people can provide. That week long experience away from home was really a memory hard to forget.

More importantly, the training taught me to open my eyes and see what I can do to help in conserving nature, particularly on Fish Conservation, as the main focus of the Pride Campaign. Since then, I have started to reflect on what simple things I can do to help the Conservation Fellows like Maam Girley or even those other groups or organization with the same advocacy.

My groupmates brainstorm ideas on what to present for role playing...
I am just an ordinary College instructor and my life simple rotates on school and home, home and school. But being one, could be my strength to act like a conservationist and support the Pride Campaign and other Conservation activities. Since I don't have time to go in any places for conservation something, I just integrate the Conservation topic in my grammar lessons in class, in the reading lessons and even in speaking. This is the only way I can contribute to the conservation of our Mother Earth.

Definitely, I do PROMISE that I will act and support CONSERVATION campaigns particularly on Fish and Watershed Conservation.

I SWEAR! I DO!
